Ultrasound in Deakin, Canberra
Atlas provides diagnostic ultrasound at our Deakin clinic, including abdominal, pelvic, renal, obstetric, nuchal translucency, breast, neck/thyroid, musculoskeletal, paediatric and vascular studies. Scans are performed by highly-trained sonographers and reported by a radiologist with expertise in ultrasound. You can expect results to be available to your referring doctor within 24 hours. Ultrasound uses sound waves and does not produce radiation. Most general ultrasound exams take less than 30 minutes, and more extensive exams may take up to an hour. We accept all ultrasound referrals, including those printed on another radiology provider's form.
